Service is the Bitrax mobile application operated by Bitrax
- Personal Data
Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
- Usage Data
Usage Data is data collected or either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).
What Data we collect?
In order for Bitrax to provide you the most accurate and best experience, Bitrax will collect your location and also needs location in background to provide better services and usability. We collect your location through GPS, WiFi, GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude/longitude) to obtain your location for the purposes of providing services. Bitrax app collects location data for assigning tasks, send receive inventories, order purchases and more even when the app is closed or not in use.
Why we use location data:
- To provide accurate and timely information for assigning tasks to your work team, medical visitors, salespeople and any sort of collaborators
- To measure all compliance and effectiveness to send or receive inventories, order purchases and more.
- To enable different app features and services like inventory, order purchases, to capture customers and visits.
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: your name, phone number, and postal address and other Cookies and Usage Data. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
When you access the Service with a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).

Bitrax uses the collected data for various purposes:

You may, of course, decline to submit any personal information through the Service, in which case Bitrax may not be able to provide its Services to you.
